Driving time assistance
How to avoid penalties?
The CarCube’s driving hours assistance was developed to comply with EU Regulation 561/06 on driving hours and rest periods. Audiovisual signals warn the driver when the maximum permissible driving time is approaching. The planning department always has an up-to-date overview of all the time driven and the driving time still available.
Reading the drivercards out from the digital tachograph. An expensive waste of time? It doesn’t have to be like that. According to the EU regulation on driving and rest times, every 28 days, the information on the drivercards has to be read out and stored, in order to prevent data being lost. A card reader can be connected to the CarCube, which sends the information stored on the drivercard via the on-board computer to your back-office applications. Remote readout! So your drivers no longer need to come in to the office just for this purpose and you don't have to wait any more until the digital drivercards are physically present.
So you don’t need to wait any more for your payroll administration and reporting until the drivers drop into the office.
