Efficient job and journey allocation
Via a nifty integrated module of FleetWorks the planner or dispatcher assigns jobs to vehicles and drivers. All useful information relating to a particular job - contact details, information about goods to be delivered, the route to be taken - are sent with the job order to the CarCube.
The journey information can be read-in via an existing TMS package, and if desired, adapted to the requirements of your company. Specialised applications help you, using smart logistics, to use your trucks optimally. In doing this, they take account of various parameters such as vehicle capacity, vehicle types and working hours. Integration with the CarCube and FleetWorks poses no problem.
It is not possible to foresee everything, and that is not a problem either. Because the planner always has up-to-date information due to the driver's journey reporting, a job list can be updated or changed with ease. Urgent trips are handled just as efficiently and you have a satisfied customer.
